4 Digital Access on Refund

This product is delivered digitally. When a refund is approved, your access may be disabled and any license to use the files is revoked. You are required to delete any local copies after a refund is issued.

5 Processing Time and Method

  • Refunds are issued by Digistore24 to the original payment method used at checkout.
  • Once approved, please allow 3 to 10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.
  • Currency conversion timing and bank fees are controlled by your provider and are outside our control.
